Oak Beam Timber Frame Porch on the Lake

Appalachian Log Homes provided and installed rear porch addition for Hickory Construction extensive remodel on Lake Loudon. The timber frame addition consist of large oak beams that are mortise and tenon together with oak pegs. All timbers have chamfered edges along with large timber knee braces from post to beam.
